It’s the mantra I created to keep me focused and grounded in Fearless Authenticity. And it’s what I share with my audiences in my keynotes and workshops to help them find their most authentic selves.
Be Brave is first because it makes the other two possible. Taking a chance means Being Brave—fearless even. Being fearless doesn’t mean having no fear; it means you acknowledge whatever you’re afraid of and move forward anyway.
Be Free because to fully step into your own power, you need to first throw away all the expectation, judgments, and roles that others (and you) have put on you and that you’ve felt obligated to fulfill.
Be You because you are the gift. You know your value, worth and gifts and can let other know about them and share them as you see fit.
